SMALL Wedding Photography

Intimate wedding ceremonies and elopements are my favourite kind of celebrations of marriage. I would love to capture your day in a story telling way! My style of photography is light, modern and classic capturing your big moments and little ones in between. Family is everything to me and an intimate ceremony is where my love for capturing unique love stories lives.

INVESTMENT

My base rate is minimum $700 [covers up to 3 hours] Waterloo Region.

Additional hours can be added at $125/hr.

*Up to a maximum of 6 hours. Beyond this a FULL Wedding package is required.

Travel outside of Waterloo Region extra $$$ depending on distance to travel.

Add on: $375 1 Hour Engagement Session add on (2 outfits max. | approx. 80+ images)

$100 Studio Add on for an indoor session is available for engagement

WHAT IS INCLUDED

You can expect candid, formal portraits and story telling of your celebration. Approx. 50-80 photos/hr. The time and talent of your photographer; from shooting on your special day, editing time and planning your event. I am here to help guide you through your timeline and planning of what is most important to you for the day of celebration.

Images are unlimited, selected to tell your story, edited in a soft light with a classic and airy feel and delivered in online gallery within 6 weeks of your big day. The online viewing & downloadable gallery is available to you for 90 days to share and download your images in both high resolution or web sized for sharing, with rights to the images so that you can print and use them as you see fit. No strings attached! These are your images for life.

I highly recommend an engagement session prior to your wedding. This helps with getting comfortable in front of the camera and I can get to know you as a couple while having a fun documenting your relationship before your special day. Nothing worse than meeting someone for the first time and hoping we vibe on your BIG day. So, let’s pick a location that tells your story, and create something memorable for you to look back on and share with your family and friends to set mood for the wedding.

If you choose to move forward, please provide me with the following information via email:

1) Amount of photography time required & your rough timeline:

Example: 10am Bride/Groom getting ready location and time, Family Portraits 11 30am, Church Ceremony 12:30, Restaurant 1pm, end time 4pm

2) Location(s) - Name of Venue, Church, Home and addresses if more than one location

3) Guest Count and Bridal Party Count

4) Where you would like formal family photos to take place

5) If you want to book a call to discuss your day and go over any questions

6) Any other vendors: Planners or point of contact required for the day

6) Ideal date for engagement session and location

I will help finalize this with you, but a rough timeline would help me prepare for your day.

Balance to be 1 week prior to your event. Cash or e-transfer is preferred.
